Please note that all clients must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment. Effective immediately, I will no longer be offering services to minors. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be punctual. If you arrive after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.

During booking, please add on all the styles, colors, and extras you desire. It’s important to note that you cannot add on a style during your appointment, as this can cause time conflicts with other clients. If you fail to add it online, you’ll be required to get a basic style.

All appointments must be booked online. Appointments cannot be made through DM or through Text message. No Exceptions.

Please drop off your wig at least 2 days before your appointment. It’s crucial to avoid bringing it the day or night before, as this may result in your appointment being canceled.

If you’re getting a wig reinstall, ensure your wig is clean, dry, free of glue, holes, tares and bald spots. You are not required to drop reinstalls off before your appointment.

Effective June 1st, 2025, I will no longer use Acuity for scheduling appointments. Instead, I will be utilizing GlossGenius as my primary appointment domain. Kindly ensure that you thoroughly review the website before scheduling your appointment.

Effective June 1st, 2025, Cash App and Apple Pay will no longer be accepted as forms of payment. All clients are required to make payments in cash or credit/debit cards.

No Refunds.

Prices are subject to change, depending on different add ons. All prices are final, and deposits are nonrefundable. Appointments are not refundable after payments are finalized.
