Thank you for choosing and trusting me to bring the beauty in you out!!!

If you choose me for any of the beauty services, please take this time to read & understand my business policies if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at your convenience. (478) 201-9847

~Booking appointments/deposit for payments

Please secure your appointment with an $25 deposit at the time of your booking.

The deposit goes toward your service & is deducted from your final total hair service fee/ ending balance. If no deposit is received your appointment can be forfeited to avoid risking a no show. I accept the following forms of payment for the deposit ***{CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash drop off deposit fee}!!! @work location please contact stylist before arriving to work location for cash drop off deposit! *To ensure I’m there upon your arrival.  

Please send your choice of $25 deposit to one of the following of your choice… CASHAPP, APPLE PAY, OR VENMO by using cell number (478)832-3094 ~thank you A picture of me or my business logo should appear 

*If you are having an issue with sending your deposit please contact me at your convenience.

~ EARLY BIRD/AFTER HOURS APPT. POLICY

 I work Monday thru Sunday from 8am to 2-6:00pm. Time varies depending on the day. 

Only if I the stylist need to schedule you for an early or after-hours appointment will there be no additional fee add. BUT if you the client like to book an appointment before or after hours for whatever reason of your personal preference or schedule, there will be an additional $50 added to any appointments made before on after these hours.  A fee of $75 for early or after hours Sunday appointments.

~ Pricing Policy 

To provide the best service and maintain transparency, please review my pricing policy below:

All or some prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on:

Hair length or density

Time required

Customizations or add-ons (e.g., detox, color, special parts etc.)

You will be informed of any price adjustments before the service begins.

~ Accepted forms of payment policy

To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all clients, I accept the following forms of payment:

Cash

Cash App

Venmo

Apple Pay

Credit/Debit Cards (with a small processing fee of 5% if

applicable)

Checks

*To ensure smooth and secure transactions, please review the following rules if you plan to pay by personal check:    

•    A $25–$50 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

•    Future payments from clients with a bounced check must be made by cash, card, or electronic payment only.

•    Legal action may be taken if payment is not resolved within 7 business days.

-No full payments don’t have to prepaid before service (except specifically preferred or asked by client)

~ Refund Policy 

 I strive to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Please review the policy below regarding refunds and service follow-ups:

 Service Satisfaction

    •    If you’re not happy with your service, please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment.

    •    I will offer a complimentary adjustment or a partial refund, depending on the concern.

 Partial Refunds

    •    Partial cash refunds may be issued if requested within 24 hours of the appointment.

    •    The refund amount will be based on the nature of the complaint and the portion of the service that was unsatisfactory.

    •    Refunds will not be issued for services that were completed as requested but later changed due to personal preference. *I stand by the quality of my work and am committed to making it right through adjustments if necessary.

 Adjustments

    •    Adjustments are offered within 5 days of the original appointment and must be for the same service (e.g., tone correction, trim touch-up).

    •    They do not include full style or color changes. Ex(do not include a change of style, color, or cut direction.)

~Client grace period

* A 15-minute grace period is given to each client, after 15 minutes you will be charged an $1.00 per minute late unless discussed with stylist 1 hour *{at the latest} in advance of lateness. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and charged 100%! Rescheduling is welcome or you can continue to get serviced the same day for an additional $30 

*If no communication is given to me within the 15-30 minute grace period unfortunately you will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit *the one time transferable deposit fee will not be accepted to be transferred to the new appointment date & time due to no communication to avoid risking another no call no show appointment. Please kindly understand.

~Arriving

† The preferred way for clients to come to their appointment is for their hair to be combed out from root to tip. Free of any hairstyle and knots. If the client needs help with detangling their hair or removing a style from their hair, please be sure to book the hair take down/ detangle service. This will ensure enough time is allotted to properly and carefully take down the hair. Otherwise due to stylist and potential client inconvenience you will be charged an additional $50.

*For braid service: Please arrive to your appointment shampooed & conditioned, free of product and COMPLETELY blown and stretched out unless shampoo & blow dry is added on to your service.

+ A shampoo is included in All services EXCEPT for {Braids, Weave extensions or Weave added} services for a shampoo service to be added onto your hair services please add on a shampoo & condition to your service.

* Hair is not included with braiding, weave extensions, or weave added services I prefer this method to ensure that the client is sure of what they are getting, and they will be able to see how it will be on them before installing the hair. I do not mind going to get the hair for the client if needed.

I would need a 3-day heads up if you would prefer hair to be provided and included by stylist please add on {provide hair for service} at the time of your booking & please ensure you contact the stylist to go over hair details you wish to have provided for you at your hair service as well as pricing.

If you are booking to come for braiding services please oh so kindly drop off your braiding hair 3 to 1 day prior to your braiding service for me to prep your braiding hair for your braiding service and also help with your service time duration *please just contact me prior to you coming to drop off hair or contact me after you dropped your hair so I will know when your hair is ready for preparation.

~ OUTSIDE PRODUCT USAGE POLICY~ Clients are allowed to bring in outside products to be used during the appointment. Please be aware that the use of products being used that me the stylist is not familiar with may cause the outcome of the service to be different than expected /intended. Also be advised that the price of the service does not change if outside products are used or not.

~ NO COMBING/SHAMPOO PRIOR TO CHEMICAL APPT. POLICY

 If you booked a chemical service that may have to come in contact with your scalp. I ask all clients NOT to comb or shampoo their hair or even get it wet prior to their appointment. Chemicals coming in contact with a wet or manipulated scalp could cause irritation. Please refrain from combing or getting any water on your hair or scalp at least 48 hours before you come to your appointment.

~Guest policy 

To maintain a comfortable and professional atmosphere, please review the following guest guidelines:

 Guests Are Welcome—With Courtesy

    •    You are welcome to bring one guest (friend or family member) with you to your appointment.

    •    Please let me know in advance if someone will be joining you so I can ensure there’s space to accommodate them.

 Guest Etiquette

    •    Guests must remain in the designated waiting or seating area and avoid entering the stylist’s or other stylist’s workspace or any other unsupervised designation in the salon to not cause any accidental problems 

    •    Please ensure your guest is respectful, thoughtful of voice level, and not disruptive to the salon environment or other clients.

 Children

    •    Children are welcome only if scheduled for a service or with prior approval. Children may also bring one parent/guardian/support system with them during their appointment.

    •    For safety reasons, children must remain seated and supervised at all times.

 Pets

    •    We love animals, but for hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed, unless they are certified service animals.

 Why This Policy?

This policy ensures a peaceful and professional experience for everyone and allows your stylist to give you their full attention.

~PICTURES /FOOTAGE POLICY

Unless the client states otherwise, the client agrees have their hair will be captured for promotion on all social media and digital platforms when booking an appointment.

~ Cancellation policies

- Deposits are nonrefundable/transferable *only time deposit is transferable is when cancellation was discussed with stylist 24 hours in advance prior to appointment *with a one-time use. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of your service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows and unfortunately you will have to pay a new deposit to secure your next booking service to insure you really would like another hair service appointment. A 15-minute grace period is giving to each client, after 15 minutes you will be charged an $1.00 per minute late unless discussed with stylist 1 hour *{at the latest} in advance of lateness. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and charged 50% Rescheduling are welcome *with a one-time transferable deposit if first incident & communication was had, otherwise a new appointment will require a new deposit as well to ensure honesty of wanting the new service appointment or you can continue to get serviced the same day for an additional $30
