    ⁃    Guest Policy - You may bring your child or children if need be. No extra guests other than children. Please make sure your child is respectful and mindful of the environment.

Late Policy- If you are late please communicate with me. Regardless of communication or not, after 15 minutes late to your appointment there will be a $15 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late there will be a $30 fee and the appointment will be at risk of being cancelled at my discretion. No call no shows will have to pay a $30 fee to be able to book again. All cancellations made within 1 hour of service will not be able to book again without paying for full appointment up front.

 

 

Pricing Policy- Prices are subject to change at anytime, up or down.The price you book is the price you pay. If the price changes after an appointment has been booked, I will honor the price of the booked appointment. I DO NOT discuss other stylist prices. 

 

 

Payment - I accept apple pay and cash app for all deposits. Cash for deposit will only accepted if am present at the shop. Deposits are $25 for all appointments. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of your style. Deposits are non-refundable. You may transfer your deposit if reschedule is needed. Remaining balances can be paid in cash app, apple pay or cash.

 

 

Refund Policy - All sales are final once style is completed. I will fix anything that goes unplanned or unexpected as long as it was clearly on my doing, within 3 days of the style. If you are not pleased with your style immediately let me know to avoid any confusion later down the line. If there is a chance a refund is issued, the refund will be sent on the Saturday following the appointment.

 

 Address and additional information will be sent 24-48 hours before appointment time.
