Policies
Booking and Deposit
To confirm your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount goes towards your final balance. Appointments without a deposit are not secured and may be released. Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment.

Refund Policy
All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, one free reschedule is allowed within 30 days of your original date if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. No show or last-minute cancellation will forfeit the deposit.

Late Policy
Please arrive on time so we can complete your full service. A 10 minute grace period is offered. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be marked as a no-show and will lose their deposit. No-shows, will be blocked from future booking.

Pricing Policy
All service prices are listed on the booking page. Rates may vary depending on the look or add-on requested. Final pricing will be confirmed before your appointment.

No checks accepted. Final payment is due the day of service

Guest Policy
To maintain a calm, professional environment in the salon, no extra quests or children are allowed unless discussed ahead of time. This helps ensure everyone's comfort and safety during appointments.
