1. Refund Policy
Nasha’s Nail House does not offer refunds once the service is completed and the client has left the premises. If you experience any issues within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me to schedule a complimentary fix.

2. Late Policy
A five-minute grace period is allowed. After five minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This will be considered a no-show, and for any future bookings, the full base price of the service will be required upfront.

3. Pricing & Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $15.49 is required at the time of booking. $12 of this deposit will be applied toward your service total. All services are subject to a 7% sales tax.

4. Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted forms of payment include:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Cash App (subject to a $2 processing fee)
• Credit/Debit Card (subject to a $3 processing fee)

5. Guest Policy
Guests are not permitted unless prior approval is given. Please contact me in advance if you need to bring someone with you.
