1. Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of wig installations and the time, products, and customizations involved, I do
not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes services rendered and wig units
purchased.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your installation, you must notify me before leaving the
appointment so I can make reasonable adjustments. Once you leave the premises, the service
is considered accepted as is.
Wigs and products sold (e.g. lace glue, styling foam, bundles, wigs) are also final sale and non-
returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Late Policy
Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive between 10-15 minutes late, a $20 late
fee will automatically be added to your service total.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-
show. The deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Repeated lateness or no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.
3. Pricing Policy
Prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change based on market pricing, availability, and
complexity of service.
Pricing includes:
● Basic frontal wig install (customization, bleach knots, plucking)
● Basic styling (middle/side part, curls or straightening)
Add-on charges may apply for:
● Crimps, ponytails, updos, small wand curls, or detailed customizations
● Wig prep (bleaching knots, plucking) if not done prior
● Wig washing and/or reviving
● Same-day wig customization
A non-refundable deposit (50% of the service) is required to secure all appointments and goes
toward your final balance.
4. Accepted Forms of Payment Policy
I currently accept the following payment methods:
● Cash (preferred)
● Zelle (no business names used – please use full name in notes)
● Apple Pay (in-person only)
● Credit/Debit Card via booking site (convenience fee may apply)
No Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or checks accepted.
All balances are due before service begins unless otherwise agreed.
5. Guest Policy
For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests are allowed unless being serviced.
This includes:
● Children
● Friends
● Parents
● Partners
My space is limited, and the nature of frontal installs requires focus, sanitation, and time. Any
client who arrives with guests may be denied service and will forfeit their deposit.
6. Special instructions
All customers receiving services that require using a glue/ spray adhesive application please
schedule an appointment 48 hours prior to have a predisposition test done, no refunds will be
issued if you have an allergic reaction to the products used, but you can receive a takedown of
install free of charge.
