Thank you for choosing Heavenly Hair by Angel. By booking with me, you agree to the stylist policies as outlined below. Please, take the time to thoroughly read through the policies each time you book, as policies may have been updated since your previous appointment.

 

Refund Policy: 

Client satisfaction is my utmost goal. You will be given the opportunity at the end of each appointment to discuss any dissatisfaction, and I will fix whatever is necessary. After paying for service and leaving the chair, it is understood that all parties are satisfied, and no refunds will be given.

 

Deposits are considered nonrefundable unless the stylist cancels on the client. In the event that the stylist must cancel, the stylist will communicate as early as possible and will refund the deposit and make every effort to connect the client with another stylist when possible.

 

Late Policy: 

Clients will have an automatic 15 min grace period. (Additionally, this grace period may extend up to 25 mins if we have successfully communicated about your late arrival and if my schedule of the day allows granting the additional time.) 

 

Exceeding the grace period will cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit. You may reschedule with a new deposit for another time, or you can come as a walk-in subject to availability.

 

Pricing Policy: 

Price of service will be quoted at the start of service. If the client requests any changes during the service, the associated price adjustment will be discussed as well.

 

Accepted Forms of Payment: 

Clients may pay using EXACT cash, cash app, or card (with a 5% convenience fee). Cards may be presented in physical form or digital form (i.e. Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

 

Guest Policy: 

Due to limited space, only the client being serviced will be allowed at the workstation. Parents of kiddie clients, please allow your child to sit alone. You may wait in your vehicle and check in periodically as you see fit.

 

Photos/Videos Policy:

It is understood that by booking your service, you agree to have pictures/videos captured during your appointment to create a record of history of your services with me. However, all footage will not automatically be publicized. By the end of service, clients must directly express that they wish to not be posted, and your wishes will be respected. Client can also request to take pictures/videos in a manner to conceal their identity while still displaying the style.
