MoHairCare Policies:

1. Late Policy: After 15 mins, your appointment will be canceled so please arrive at the scheduled appointment time.
2. Detangle Policy: Please come to your appointment with your hair combed thru from root to tip. If hair is not properly detangled, a $40 detangle fee will be added to the appointment.
3. Pictures/Footage of Service Policy: Unless the client states otherwise, it is understood that the client gives permission to MoHairCare to use their images for promotion and social media content.
4. Outside Product Usage Policy: MoHairCare only uses the best professional products but if for some reason the client requests to use a product that they have brought in themselves, MoHairCare can not say whether or not the outside product will have the same result. Additionally, if an outside product is being used during service, the price of service will not change.
