1. Salon Owner Disclaimer: My goal is to make sure every client is serviced with respect, love and care in a timely manner. As a hairstylist who just so happens to be a salon owner, sometimes I may be pulled away from your appointment due to a number of reasons. Forgive me in advance for having to step away to handle business. Please know that your appointment is my priority and you will be taken care of once the issue is resolved. 

2. Relax Policy: Your main job is to come in, unwind, get your hair done/beauty needs met and relax. Thats it. It's so much going on in the world. I truly want the environment, experience and time spent to be enjoyable and rejuvenating. So just chill. I got you.

3. Guest Policy: Unless otherwise discussed, no outside guests are allowed during the appointment. Minors may bring one parent/guardian/support system with them during their appointment. This is due to limited space.

4. Late Policy: ​There is a 15 min grace period extended to all clients. If communication is made via text or call about tardiness, the appointment may be kept. In most cases, appointments that are late by more than 15 mins may have to be rescheduled even with a heads up. Any appointment that is late more than 15 mins without proper communication will be considered a no-show cancellation. All no-show appointments will be placed on a no rebook list.

​​5. Early Bird/After Hours Appt. Policy: I work Monday thru Saturday from 9am to 6:30pm. There will be an additional $50 added to any appointments made before or after these hours. A fee of $75 for Sunday appointments.

7. Hair Take Down/ Detangle Policy The preferred way for clients to come to their appointment is for their hair to be combed out from root to tip. Free of any hairstyle and knots. If the client needs help with detangling their hair or removing a style from their hair, please be sure to book the hair take down/detangle service. This will ensure enough time is allotted to properly and carefully take down the hair.

8. Pictures/ Footage Policy M​Unless the client states otherwise, the client agrees have their hair will be captured for promotion on all social media and digital platforms.

9. Pricing Policy: ​All pricing is subject to change.

10.Refund Policy: No refunds will be given once clients leave the salon after the appointment. The client is allowed (ONE) fix/repair/adjustment of the style up to 3 days for after appointment was initially made. After one has been done, the client will have to pay for new appointment. 

11. Cancellation Policy: The client is able to cancel the appointment up to 12 hours prior to the appointment time. 

12. Outside Product Usage Policy: ​Clients are allowed to bring in outside products to be used during the appointment. Please be aware that the use of products being used that Mo is not familiar with may cause the outcome of the service to be different than expected/intended. Also be advised that the price of the service does not change if outside products are used or not.​

13. Providing Hair Policy: I prefer that the client picks the hair that they want for their service. That way the client is sure of what they are getting and they will be able to see how it will be on them before installation. I do not mind going to get the hair for the client if needed. I would need a 3 day heads up and I charge a $10 travel fee.

15. No Shampoo Prior To Chemical Appt. Policy: ​You booked a chemical service that may have to come in contact with your scalp. I ask all clients NOT to shampoo their hair or even get it wet prior to their appointment. Chemicals coming in contact with a wet scalp could cause irritation. Please refrain from getting any water on your hair or scalp at least 48 hours before you come to your appointment.​
