 1. Refund Policy

 

All services rendered are non-refundable. If there is a concern with your service, you must notify me within 48 hours. Adjustments may be made at my discretion within 5 days of the original appointment.

 2. Late Policy

 

Life happens — I get it. Just communicate with me.

If you’re running late, just let me know. I might be running behind too. Communication keeps us both on point and respectful of each other’s time.

 3. Pricing Policy

 

Pricing is based on style, length, density, and any custom work. Final cost may vary from starting rates listed online. I’ll always let you know before applying any price adjustments or add-ons.

 4. Accepted Forms of Payment

    •    Cash

    •    Zelle

    •    Apple Pay

    •    Cash App ($BeaQueen31)

    •    Square (tap, swipe, chip payments accepted)

    •    Debit/Credit Card (includes a 3% fee)

 

Payment is due at the time of service.

 5. Guest Policy

 

Please come solo unless you’re being serviced. This is a peaceful and private space where we prioritize safety, self-care, and serenity. No extra guests or children unless previously approved.

 6. Deposit Policy

 

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. It goes toward your total service. If you cancel or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited. No deposit = no slot held.

 7. Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

 

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows result in a lost deposit and may impact future bookings.

 8. Hair Prep Policy

 

Please arrive with your hair detangled and free of product unless you’ve added a shampoo or prep service. Excessive detangling may add time and incur an extra fee.
