Refund Policy:

Once you leave, you have 24 hours to voice that you are unsatisfied about anything, parting, sizing, length, etc. If it is something that can't be fixed without removal of service, you will be issued a partial refund. Service was still provided and so was the options of changing.

Late Policy:

30 min grace period. Things happen and sometimes we all may run behind. Voice with me if you are running behind, as will I. After 40 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. No refund for deposit of appointment that is cancelled due to tardiness.

 

Pricing Policy:

Prices are FINAL. Deposits are not taken out of pricing. Deposit ensures your appointment time.

Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App (for a limited time)

 

Guest Policy: 

Maximum 1 extra body, maximum 2 kids under the age of 5.
